About MINDO and Services
MINDO is a leading P2P platform for buying and selling bitcoins, where users can trade bitcoins using more than 300 payment methods. Platform Buyers (“Buyers”) and Platform Sellers (“Sellers”) agree on which payment method they want to use and enter into transactions using the selected method. Our users decide for themselves which payment method they prefer for the transaction and are fully responsible for the legitimate use of this method.
MINDO also provides its users with digital wallets, which are supported by a leading provider of digital wallets. Our users can post offers to buy or sell bitcoins using different payment methods. The user who posted the offer must indicate the terms of the transaction, including payment methods suitable for the Seller. As soon as another MINDO user accepts this offer, the Seller’s bitcoins are transferred to a special account (“MINDO Storage Account”) and remain there until all transaction conditions are met. As soon as the Buyer fulfills the terms of the transaction and the Seller confirms the receipt of payment, bitcoins are transferred to the Buyer from the storage account. The responsibility for receiving and sending the PAYMENT and CONFIRMATION of its validity lies with the buyer and seller. Bitcoins can be transferred from the storage account back to the Seller if the Buyer cancels the transaction. The seller cannot cancel the transaction; he can only issue bitcoins from the custody account to the Buyer. This procedure provides Buyer protection. If the Seller wants to cancel the transaction due to non-compliance with the conditions by the Buyer, he must open a dispute and indicate the reason, as described further in section 8 of this Agreement. Transactions on the Site are concluded between Buyers and Sellers; MINDO is not involved in transactions.
MINDO Digital Wallets are a reliable tool for storing, sending and receiving digital currency. MINDO does not store or store bitcoins or other digital currency. Like any other digital currency, bitcoin is stored in the respective networks or blockchain. All cryptocurrency transactions occur on the cryptocurrency network, and not on MINDO. We can not guarantee that the transaction will be processed by the cryptocurrency network. MINDO reserves the right to refuse to conduct a transaction if required by law or if we consider that the transactions contradict the terms of this Agreement. You hereby agree and confirm that you assume full responsibility for all transactions of your wallet and assume the risks of authorized or unauthorized access to your wallet, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to amend, amend or revise this Agreement at any time solely at our discretion and without prior notice. Any change regarding your use of the Services takes effect from the moment it is published on the MINDO website and is not retroactive. If you have provided us with your email address, we may notify you of a revision of the Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the revised agreement, you must stop using the Services and close your account.
You are responsible for carefully reading this Agreement and periodically rereading the text of the Agreement on the MINDO website. Your use of the Services means your consent to comply with the terms of the current Agreement.
The failure of MINDO to fully or partially comply with this Agreement or the delay in such compliance shall not be construed as a waiver by MINDO of any rights or remedies.
